Flat Black primer paint and BIG White wall tires personify the "Old School" hot rod look that has become the rage today. (Actually, in the "old days", most hot rods were in various shades of 'primer' simply because few hot rodders had the dough to paint their 'rides'; and most of the White Wall tires were hand-painted using "varsity" brand white - or black tire paint sold at Pep Boys or Western Auto stores).
