On rare occasions, customers have problems using PayPal within the TD store. The first thing do is try another computer if possible--sometimes a different computer has a web browser that's more compatible with the rules set within PayPal. Or if you're at work, your company's firewall or browser settings could be interfering with normal web practices. If trying another computer does not work, try this sequence:

Internet Explorer v6 may have "cookies" that are not set correctly. Here's how to "open the cookie jar" as we call it:

  1. While in Internet Explorer (does not matter which web site is running) click on the menu option "Tools"
  2. Select "Internet Options..."
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Click on the "Advanced..." button.
  5. Make sure there is a checkmark in the top-left checkbox: "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" Also make sure "Always Allow Session Cookies" is checked.

If that sequence does not work, you have two options:

1. Pay Tom "directly" through PayPal as described in the left frame (blue section)

2. Pay with a check or money order as described in the left frame (red section)

Sorry for your inconvenience,
